Sam has over 16 years experience in weight training, boxing and fitness as well as good knowledge for weight loss, Strength and conditioning, weight cutting, and dieting.
Sam also has a passion for Muay Thai where he has traveled to Thailand and competed in 4 fights and participated in numerous training camps.
Sam has had 12 amateur boxing fights over the past 14 years.
He wants to help people reach their goals whether it be improving their skills/fitness, wight training, losing weight, gaining weight, leaning up, getting fit or even for mental health as he is a high believer physical training is a great help and even cure for those with mental health issues and love to work and help those people struggling.
