The Gym is a place where something different and exciting is always happening. There are lots of classes and heaps of different training methods in use, so we can structure your workouts around the activities that you enjoy most. There is always something new to try. It’s never boring. We mix it up to keep your muscles and mind constantly stimulated. And our trainers are happy to guide you on your fitness journey.

Boxing

Burn fat, lose weight and increase your fitness through boxing classes. Our boxing classes teach real boxing technique and training without the fear of getting punched in the face. All classes are strictly no-contact, but the workouts are just as hard as real fighter training. Classes incorporate pad-work, bag-work, core and abdominal exercises, and are suitable for all fitness levels. All classes are taken by real trainers, all with boxing/fighting experience.

Strength and Conditioning Circuit

Get a taste of what it is like to train like the elite. Drawing on training methods from a variety of sports, this class will introduce participants to advanced exercises for improving strength, power, anaerobic endurance, flexibility and overall athleticism. Using a wide variety of implements and equipment this class is an excellent challenge for those wishing to push themselves beyond their own limits and train like an athlete.

Strength Cardio Circuit

This calorie burning workout is an excellent way to improve mobility, strength and stamina. The circuit moves from one exercise to another in a timed circuit format, incorporating a range of weight based apparatus, such as kettle bells, dumbbells, sandbags etc, as well as bodyweight and cardio exercises to keep your heart rate up.

Body Burn Circuit

Body weight exercises are a simple, effective way to improve balance, flexibility, and strength without machinery or extra equipment. From legs and shoulders to chest and abs, we’ve covered every part of the body that can get stronger with body resistance alone. This combined with cardio will enable you to maintain a high heart rate throughout the session to maximize calorie burning and weight loss.

Sparring

For those looking to advance their technique and wanting to spar. To participate in this class you must have sparred with one of our trainers previously. A mouth guard and 16oz sparring gloves are a prerequisite.
