Partner work contributes to an important aspect of boxing progression. Focusing on collaborative partner work that aids in fast tracking and developing your boxing skills with counter punching, footwork, weaving and evasive skills. This class will enhance your timing and reaction skills and challenge you both mentally as well as physically.
Held for the advanced members focusing more on the break down of boxing fundamentals including, footwork, striking technique and posture. All elements needed to shape and improve your boxing performance taking it to another level.

For those looking to advance their technique and wanting to spar. To participate in this class you must have sparred with one of our trainers previously. A mouth guard and 16oz sparring gloves are a prerequisite.
